Initial Booking Consultation -- Free* (60 minutes average)
At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service*.*$25 charge when scheduling less than 48 hours in advance
Full-Service Pet Care Visit
This minimum 20 minute visit includes, but is not limited to, love, feeding the pets, potty break, play time, water change, poo pick-up, litter box scooping, light cage upkeep and administering medication (no extra charge); then the house care such as bringing in the mail and/or newspaper, opening and closing blinds, watering plants (inside and out), and taking out the trash. We can discuss how to personalize your needs.Please note that the flat rate includes: drive time to and from the visit, fuel charge, vehicle maintenance, full-service pet-sitting, light duty house-sitting, and visit time

Overnight Service
$45 + mileage (subject to limited availability)This service starts at 9pm and ends at 7am. This service is available to all families - cat, dog, or just house sitting. This includes the bedtime potty break/chores, morning potty break/chores, morning walk (for dog families) and breakfast service. Dinner service and other day breaks are at the regular visit cost.
Drop In/Locked-out key service $10.00
Short drop in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), help you if you get locked out of your house, house check, check iron/stove, turn off sprinkler system, close windows, etc.
Referral Credit
Refer your friends and family to When You're Away, LLC for pet sitting service. They will receive $5.00 off their first visit and you will receive $5.00 off your next service request!
Holiday Fee
Client agrees to add $5.00 for one visit or $10.00 for two or more visits when scheduling service on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Cancellation Fee
25% of invoice due if canceling three (3) days or less prior to the start of service.
Payment
• Due before service starts. There will be a $50 service charge for all returned checks.

Gifts/Tips
• If you so choose to leave a tip or gift, please mark clearly what I am to take home with me. I appreciate the gesture, and want to make sure I don't take what isn't mine.
